Frances Holzworth, 85, resident of Georgetown, Texas, passed away March 18, 2010 in Round Rock, Texas. She was born November 2, 1924 in Manville, Texas, to parents, Lester Howard Sprague and Myrtle Carter Sprague. She served in the U.S. Woman's Army Corp during WWII. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Earl Holzworth and Thomas Mahoney; and son, John F. Mahoney. She is survived by her son, Rocky T. Mahoney; sisters, Klora Mae Yeager, Opal Kowis, and Thelma Riddle; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. March 22, 2010 at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. March 23, 2010 at Crowder Funeral Home with interment following at Mt. Olivet Cem.
