- There is a birth certificate for Davis Holder, July 11, 1926, in Milam County, to William and Nettie. This is an original certificate, he is Nettie's 9th child, five are living. I found one record for Chick that gives his birthdate as Aug 11, 1925; his headstone says 1926. I don't know if his accepted birth date is incorrect or if there was another child born to Will and Nettie.

This has to be Uncle Chick. He is the 9th child in the family and was born in 1925-26. All of Will and Nettie's children who died young are memorialized at Friendship, where they're buried and there is no Davis.
