STRATFORD - Services for Lenora Fay Dorgan, 81, Stratford, are 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at Pickard Funeral Home Chapel, Stratford, officiated by the Rev. Wendall Martin. Burial follows at McGee Cemetery, Stratford. Mrs. Dorgan died March 10, 2011, at Ada. She was born May 14, 1929, in California to Mr. and Mrs. Milton Moore. She married Ed Dorgan in California on Nov. 7, 1943. She worked as a waitress at J.D.s café in Ada for many years. She lived in the Stratford area most of her life and was a member of the Holiness faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ed, brother, sister, son, daughter, grandson, and great-grandson. Survivors include a son, Howard Dorgan and wife Sheila, Wayne; two daughters, Lenora Childress and husband Tom, Stratford, and Linda Horton and husband Larry, Ada; a brother, Eldon Moore, Houston, Texas; 10 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren. Bearers will be Roy Horton, Howard Dorgan, Dillion Childress, Adam Vanlandingham, Alix Vanlandingham, and Christopher Riley. Honorary bearers, Dustin Wheeler, Jacklyn Nail, Nikki Nail, and Howard Wood.
Milton Jr died in California in Jan 1947, buried at LA National Cemetery.
