  Page 1 Mrs. J. T. Shanks, who was stricken by paralysis April 10, passed away at her home here this morning at seven o'clock. Mrs. Shanks was about seventy years old and had been in rather feeble health for the last thirty years. Funeral services will be conducted at the home by Rev. N. H. Abernethy Thursday afternoon at three o'clock, followed by interment in the city cemetery.
