LA MARQUE — Adelzia A. "Detz" O'Neal, 77, of Dickinson passed away Sunday June 27, 1993, at Humana Hospital in Clear Lake. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel of James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque, with the Ladies Auxiliary of V.F.W. Post 8248 of La Marque officiating. Burial will follow services at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock. Visitation will be 4 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. O'Neal was born April 14, 1916, in Zeandale, Kansas. She was a housewife and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of V.F.W. Post 8248 of La Marque. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Eric "Rick" and Laura O'Neal of Dickinson; grandson, Baron Eric O'Neal; sister, Lamoda Weeks of Cheyenne, Wisconsin; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Pat Kemp, Loyd O'Neal, Shermin Trish, Jim Griffin, Danny O'Neal, Darrell Dieblee, Steven Kays and Gary Reifel. Memorials may sent to the Ladies Auxiliary of V.F.W. Post 8248 of La Marque, Texas.
